The apartment is located in the downtown of the place Ika on the main “Primorska” Street. It is perfect for the accommodation of families, friends and couples. Furthermore, it is only 50 m away from the beach and few meters away the very famous walking route “Lungo Mare”, which connects Opatija and Lovran. It is a perfect opportunity for night romantic walks or on the other hand, for a daily family walk to the beach.

Last but not least, the apartment has a 350m2 garden with a barbecue, big dining table and ping pong table for recreation and fun. From the garden you can have an amazing view to the Adriatic coast, which is only few meters far away from the garden or you can enjoy the amazing and romantic view of the Adriatic sea and the beautiful Croatian islands during the sunset.

The apartment is suitable for families, two main beds are located in the bedroom and can be connected as a double bed. The living room contains a bunk bed, corner sets, which is stretched and a sofa. Total in the living room can sleep five people. The living room has a mini kitchen which is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove-top. Also in the living room there is TV with satellite connection, and a table for lunch. Living room and bedroom have air conditioning. The bedroom has no window. The window is in the living room and no view to the sea. The toilet has a shower cabin.
